service. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped
within 10 days, although many are shipped the same/next day. In the event that
we receive a payment for an item that is out of stock you will be notified
and given the option of waiting for the item to come in or receiving a refund for that item. STORE
HOURS: We are open Monday thru Friday from 10am to 4pm. Sunday 1pm to 6pm.
We are normally closed on Saturday to go riding but we do return any calls as
quickly as possible. You can leave a message at any time and we will get back
to you as soon as possible and help you in any way we can. We pride ourselves

METHODS: You can place an order by any of the following methods:- By ordering online, using our secure server, with a credit
card or PayPal
- By submitting your order on line, and mailing your payment
- By ordering by phone, fax or
e-mail.
7% sales tax is applicable to any sales within the state of Florida.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, personal and company checks, money
orders/bank drafts and bank checks for payment from within the USA. For International

CARD We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards through
our processing bank. You will be directed to them as you go through checkout.
PAYMENT BY PAYPAL You can pay
easily using your PayPal account with your credit card or
e-check. If using an e-check, items will be held until the
e-check has
cleared PayPal.
PAYMENT
BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER If you wish to pay by check or money order, you
can still submit your order online using the Shopping Cart. Select the appropriate
method from the Payment Method drop-down list in the Shopping System, and mail your payment to FreeSpiritent, at 1145 SW Sassafras St., Ft. White, FL 32038. Your order will be held pending until
payment is received. Orders paid for by money order or bank draft will ship as
soon as payment is received. Orders paid for by personal or company check will
be held pending for up to ten business days for check clearance. TELEPHONE
OR FAX ORDERS Please call us at our local phone, 386-497-2117, or our cell phone, 407-592-0697, with your order or any request for items that you do not see on the site.
You can also order by phone by
placing your order online, then selecting "PHONE ORDER" during checkout. You will then receive an order confirmation, and we will as well. Then when you call in to pay over the phone with a credit card, we will already have your order in file.

E-MAIL ORDERS If you prefer
to place an order by email, please send your requirements (Quantity, Part Number
and Shipping Method) to

You can avoid paying shipping charges by phoning or emailing to let us know that you intend to pick up your order, and we will have it ready for you. The total amount you will owe will then be the total on your order, after subtracting the shipping charge.
ORDER
CANCELLATION If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please contact
us immediately for assistance. We ship really fast but if your order has not already
shipped we may be able to cancel it for you. RETURN POLICY
We guarantee everything we sell; therefore we offer refunds for any reason at all. If you
are not happy with your purchase or if it doesn't fit, it can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Item(s) must be in original condition. Used items will not be accepted for return.
The shipping charges however are not refundable, so please ask all the
questions you'd like to ensure proper fit as shipping items back
and forth can be very costly.
If you would like to return an item, please call or email for a return authorization
(RMA) code. Make sure item is packed well in a sturdy box. Make sure to get tracking and insurance on the item you are returning. Be sure to include a copy of the invoice with your phone number so we can get in touch with you if we have any questions. We must receive the item in the same condition in which it was sent to you.
Once we receive the item back we do
charge up to a 20% restocking fee and will notify you that it was received. We will process your refund or exchange the item, whichever you prefer.
